- Define and drive the product strategy for AI and autonomy capabilities within our platform. Partnering cross functionally to align with autonomous machine, digital twin, and AI roadmap integration
- AI-Native Platform Capability Development
- Lead development of AI-powered platform services such as
- Intelligent diagnostics and troubleshooting
- Predictive and prescriptive workflows
- Autonomous decision-support systems
- Drive transition from manual workflows to AI-assisted and agentic execution models

- Autonomy Enablement (Machine à Platform à Ecosystem)
- Define platform capabilities that support:
- Autonomous machine operations

What You Will Have:
- Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
- Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.
- Software Product Business Knowledge: Knowledge of and experience with the business aspects and operation of a software product; ability to manage install base, current uses, future plans, and product vision.
- Software Product Management: Knowledge of software product management; ability to operate and manage software product development projects at all stages of the product development lifecycle.
- Software Product Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of technical aspects of a software products; ability to design, configure and integrate technical aspects of software products.
What You Will Have: (Preferred)
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
- 8+ years of experience in product manager, with at least:
- 3+ years of platform, AI/ML, or data-driven products
- Strong understanding of:
- AI/ML concepts (assistive, predictive, prescriptive, agentic systems)
- Cloud-native platforms and API ecosystems
- Product lifecycle in complex, cross-functional enterprise environments or ecosystems
- Experience with:
- Multi-team objective and key results alignments
- Value-based roadmapping
- Experience with:
- Autonomous systems, robotics, or machine intelligence
- Industrial IoT, telematics, or connected assets
- Building AI-enabled or agentic workflows
- Familiarity with:
- AWS/Azure cloud platforms
- Data platforms, event-driven architectures, and APIs
- Prior experience in business case financial expression and investment analysis
