  • Serve as a strong hands-on technical resource for complex deployments — this is a player-coach role requiring both people leadership and deep technical proficiency

  • Coordinate with the Project Manager to prioritize incoming deployment requests based on team capacity, customer urgency, and skillset

  • Own team delivery metrics — go-live timelines, concurrent deployment capacity, and content coverage

  • Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development conversations

  • Identify and remove blockers affecting deployment timelines

  • Collaborate with the Director to refine team processes, tooling, and onboarding playbooks

Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical & Industry Expertise
  • 5+ years in technical roles (SIEM deployment, content engineering, or similar) with 2+ years in people management

  • Hands-on proficiency with Google SecOps and/or Microsoft Sentinel — this is a player-coach role

  • Experience managing deployment pipelines and customer onboarding workflows

  • Strong project coordination skills; comfortable triaging competing priorities alongside a Project Manager

  • Experience developing and maintaining technical runbooks and deployment playbooks

  • Demonstrated ability to both mentor engineers and directly contribute to complex technical work

  • Excellent customer-facing communication and collaboration abilities

  • Passion for cybersecurity, automation, and continuous improvement

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)

  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GIAC certifications, Google Cloud Professional, Microsoft SC-200/AZ-500, or AWS Certified Solutions Architect are a plus

Why Join Us?
  • Opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI-driven cybersecurity technologies and next-generation security platforms

  • Collaborate with a talented and innovative team focused on continuously improving security operations

  • Competitive salary and benefits package

  • A culture of growth and development, with opportunities to expand your expertise in AI, cybersecurity, and engineering
