We are a hybrid environment that combines the energy and connections of being in the office with the benefits and flexibility of working from home. We currently require a minimum of two coordinated days in the office per week, Wednesday and Thursday. Starting February 2, 2026, we will require three days per week in office - Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. As a perk, we also have up to four weeks per year of fully remote work!

Responsibilities

    • Own and optimize all coordination tooling and workflows, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a best-in-class candidate experience.
    • Own and continuously improve the candidate experience, building scalable processes and feedback loops that create consistency, inclusivity, and a positive impression at every stage of the interview process.
    • Reimagine the coordination function through automation, AI, and scalable systems that meet evolving business needs.
    • Manage capacity and alignment across recruiters and coordinators to balance workloads and maintain seamless delivery under pressure.
  • Operations and Programs
    • Own recruiter onboarding and enablement, developing training, playbooks, and documentation to ensure new recruiters ramp quickly and existing teams stay empowered.
    • Support recruiters directly by troubleshooting process blockers, providing coverage during peak periods, and serving as a trusted partner for daily operational needs.
    • Design, implement, and measure key recruiting programs, such as referrals, internal mobility, interview training and onsite experience, with clear success metrics and cross-functional alignment.
    • Analyze data and lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline workflows, enhance recruiter productivity, and strengthen the connection between recruiting operations and business impact.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in recruiting operations, coordination, or program management, including 2+ years leading or managing coordination teams.
  • Proven track record of optimizing recruiting processes, tools, and workflows across fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional partners and drive alignment.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize competing initiatives and deliver measurable results.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to diagnose problems, identify trends, and inform decisions.

Bonus points

  • Curiosity about the future of recruiting operations and an interest in leveraging AI, automation, and scalable design to enhance efficiency.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and develop others, build inclusive team cultures, and lead through change.

Compensation

The expected salary range for this role is $150,968 - $188,710.  However, the starting base pay will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal pay parity.
