As Manager, Revenue Operations and Order Management, you will lead a team that oversees the regional end to end order fulfillment process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional customer service. You’ll build strong partnerships with cross‑functional teams to scale processes that drive revenue through flawless order execution and support growth opportunities. Focus areas include policy and data integrity, SLA‑driven case/queue management, and continuous improvement across workflows, tools, and vendor/outsourced operations.  


What you’ll do:

  • Identify and champion automation and AI/ML opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy across the order lifecycle.
  • Partner with Sales Strategy, Revenue Operations, and Sales to improve order experience and policy clarity, while driving prioritized process and automation enhancements that boost efficiency, quality, and compliance.
  • Drive data-driven accountability and strategic insights by developing, monitoring, and analyzing key operational metrics to identify performance trends, optimize processes, and enable informed decision-making across cross-functional teams.
  • Lead change management efforts for system implementations, process redesigns, and organizational transitions.
  • Define and execute the long-term vision and roadmap for Order Management and Quote-to-Cash operations, aligning with broader Finance and Go-to-Market strategy.
  • Own the end-to-end order lifecycle, delivering accurate and timely orders.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing, globally distributed team with clear goals, regular coaching/reviews, and a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Design and run case and queue management to consistently meet or exceed SLAs and customer expectations.
  • Serve as the point of escalation for complex orders, exceptions, and policy approvals; drive root-cause fixes to prevent recurrence.
  • Establish and maintain SOPs, playbooks, and training; ensure compliance with accounting policy, revenue recognition readiness, and internal controls.
  • Standardize reporting to measure team performance and inform decisions; evaluate and share key insights regularly with executive leadership.
  • Scale operations to support business growth, including global expansion, new product launches, and evolving monetization models.

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Accounting, Finance, related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue operations or similar team at a global organization, with a minimum of 2 years in leadership.
  • Extensive experience in Order Processing and Quote-to-Cash operations. Preferably with experience in internet advertising.
  • Deep knowledge of Order Management and Quote-to-Cash systems and workflows, including CPQ, pricing, order orchestration, and revenue recognition, supported by ERP/CRM platforms and reporting tools.
  • A demonstrable background in global people management that is aligned with our mission and core values.
  • Exceptional leader with a verifiable track record of operational rigor by evaluating complex issues from multiple perspectives and performing extensive quantitative analysis.
  • Innovative and creative thinker with demonstrated ability to express complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Our PinFlex future of work philosophy for this role in our Accounting organization requires this role to visit a Pinterest office for collaboration up to 2 times per month.
