The Manager of Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Eptura is a strategic leadership role focused on driving revenue growth through the effective management of inbound and outbound SDR teams. This position is responsible for developing and executing scalable sales development strategies, optimizing team performance, and ensuring measurable contributions to pipeline and revenue. Working closely with sales leadership and cross-functional teams, you will foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement while aligning SDR efforts with overall company objectives.
- Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing inbound and outbound SDR team to generate qualified leads and accelerate pipeline growth.
- Develop and implement scalable sales development strategies that consistently drive opportunity creation and revenue impact.
- Monitor and analyze team performance metrics, leveraging data to optimize conversion rates and demonstrate direct revenue contribution.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment on messaging, targeting, and go-to-market plans.
- Foster a culture of accountability, creativity, and continuous learning within the SDR team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to expand market reach.
- Utilize CRM and sales engagement tools to track pipeline health, forecast outcomes, and provide actionable insights.
- Drive improvements in inbound lead management and outbound prospecting processes, ensuring smooth handoffs to Account Executives.
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion while maintaining a positive and motivating team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of sales experience, including at least 3 years in a sales development role with a focus on outbound prospecting.
- 3–5 years of leadership experience managing and scaling SDR teams within a SaaS environment.
- Proven ability to translate sales development activities into measurable revenue growth and pipeline contribution.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach, SalesLoft).
- Experience collaborating with partner ecosystems and working with regional/global partners.
- Exceptional communication, coaching, and team-building skills with a passion for talent development.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
