Based at our San Francisco HQ, we operate fully in-person, move fast and hire people who are ready to win.

🚀 Your Mission

As our new Sales Development Manager, you’ll play a key role in sharpening the systems, execution, and operating standards behind a world-class outbound engine. The role serves as a force multiplier that elevates team performance and drives true operational excellence, leveraging our proprietary GTM automation system to help the organization execute faster and smarter than anyone in the market, while guiding the team through HockeyStack’s next phase of rapid growth.

🔧 What You’ll Do
  • Develop deep mastery of HockeyStack’s product, ICP, and value proposition to reinforce clarity, accuracy, and precision across the team.

  • Partner with the Head of Sales Development to coach and train the team on AI utilization, workflow execution, prospecting strategy, objection handling, and multi-channel outreach, while identifying high-performing outreach patterns and scaling proven tactics to elevate and maintain execution to a tier-one standard.

  • Maintain a high-performing culture by supporting daily SDR execution and ensuring quota attainment and key performance metrics are met.

  • Report on SDR performance, KPIs, and forecasts to senior leadership with clarity and accuracy.

  • Work in close partnership with our world-class GTM Engineering and Revenue Operations teams to enhance team execution and operational excellence.

  • Fully committed to working in-person, 5 days/week at our San Francisco headquarters.

  • 3+ years of experience exceeding outbound targets in B2B SaaS, along with 0-12 months of SDR management experience.

  • Ownership-first mindset. You take initiative, move fast, and figure things out.

  • Thrive in early-stage, high-urgency environments where speed and impact matter.

  • Upholds a high-expectation culture centered on hard work, intensity, and continuous improvement.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and modern sales tooling.

  • Deeply curious about how AI is reshaping outbound and excited to adopt AI-powered workflows that improve team output and pipeline generation.

As part of our San Francisco, California-based team, the on target earnings range for this role is $160,000 USD annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
