You will lead a team of Program Advisors and push them to achieve their targets.

You will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, providing guidance and support to maximize performance.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients in the tech industry.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, preparing regular reports for senior management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Present sales proposals and negotiate contracts with key clients.
