  • Coach and direct junior staff, promoting their development and aiding in effective project results.
  • ​Interact with SAP's newest offerings, engaging in ongoing education to facilitate significant business changes.


Requirements
  • 8+ years of pertinent SAP consulting background in a professional services setting, at a major consulting firm, niche consulting firm, or as an in-house consultant in industry
  • 5+ years of functional setup experience with the SAP EAM/PM module
  • 3+ years of SAP EAM/PM business process blueprinting experience
  • 2+ years of hands-on setup or solution blueprinting experience with at least one of the following SAP modules: MM, QM, PP, or CO/internal orders
  • Involvement in every stage of at least 4 complete end-to-end SAP deployments, emphasizing SAP EAM/PM, covering needs collection, blueprinting, setup, validation, and roll-out.
  • 4+ years in a technical or functional leadership position, managing teams on at least 2 SAP EAM/PM end-to-end full-cycle deployments
  • Involvement in at least 2 full-cycle SAP S/4 HANA deployments
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%, depending on the nature of your work and the clients and sectors you support
  • Professional background in SAP ECC to S/4 HANA transitions
  • Familiarity with Signavio
  • At least 1 active SAP certification
