Role Overview

ServiceTitan is seeking a Manager of Strategic Customer Sales to lead a team of sales professionals responsible for optimizing contract renewals and expanding revenue via core platform expansions and adoption of ServiceTitan’s Pro Product modules within a designated book of Strategic Customers. This leader will coach, develop, and scale the go-to-market strategy for an enterprise sales team focused on expanding revenue across ServiceTitan’s largest, most strategic customers.

What you’ll do:

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Enterprise Account Executives focused on expanding revenue across ServiceTitan’s largest partners.

  • Develop a high-performance, metrics-driven sales culture with strong rigor around pipeline creation, prospecting, qualification, and closed business.

  • Reinforce and elevate a culture rooted in quota achievement, customer-centricity, and strong cross-departmental collaboration

  • Provide ongoing training to elevate product knowledge, objection handling, BoB management, and consultative selling skills.

Strategy, Execution, & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Build and maintain executive relationships, identify and manage upsell & expansion opportunities, and negotiate complex, multi-million dollar contract renewals with high-quality Enterprise clients  

  • Implement strategies to help reps balance strategic, long-term account plans with monthly, quarterly, and annual quota targets 

  • Drive consistent outbound motion, ensuring strong prospecting activity into large multi-location and high-revenue commercial service organizations.

  • Manage forecasting, BoB planning, and growth targets while ensuring high-quality CRM hygiene and sales process compliance.

  • Work often with critical business partners across Finance, Success, Implementation, Operations, etc. to collaborate on, maintain, and execute on detailed account plans to drive maximum value creation for ServiceTitan’s largest clients

  • Work closely and collaboratively with Sales Engineers on complex requirements and integrations

  • Work with our Pro Development Representatives to source business for strategic accounts and with important clients

Customer Engagement & Deal Leadership

  • Support reps in high-value enterprise opportunities and 7-figure contract renewals, including discovery, executive alignment, ROI positioning, and multi-stakeholder deal navigation.

  • Articulate ServiceTitan’s value proposition for PE-backed multi-location, multi-trade contractors—empowering organizations to leverage AI to modernize operations, improve profitability, and optimize field performance.

  • Support pricing negotiations and facilitate collaboration with Legal, Finance, Product, Customer Success, and Implementation teams to drive successful outcomes.

What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS or ERP sales experience, including at least 2+ years in sales leadership (team lead, manager, or similar).

  • Proven experience leading or selling into complex home and commercial services organizations highly preferred.

  • Strong understanding of high-complexity sales & renewal motions, pipeline generation, and sales automation tools to scale team operations

  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams navigating multi-stakeholder, multi-location enterprise deals.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and executive-selling skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities.

  • Strong analytical capability for forecasting, BoB planning, and pipeline management.

  • Willingness to travel for team meetings, customer visits, and industry events.

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation.The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $176,800 USD - $189,200 USD, and this position is commission-eligible. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
