About the Role

Dandy is seeking a Strategic Finance Manager who will play an integral role in driving analytical processes to support mission critical business decisions.

What You'll Do:
  • Strategic Financial Partner: Serve as the primary finance partner for Operations leaders - serving as a trusted thought partner, making high quality suggestions/improvements, and executing with excellence.

  • Performance Management & KPIs: Dive deep into areas of our business and figure out where we can set aggressive targets, and then work with cross-functional teams to develop and execute initiatives around those recommendations.

  • Operational Efficiency: Oversee the operational efficiency metrics and reporting, including site-level and SKU-level analysis.

  • Strategic Cross Functional Alignment: Facilitate collaboration across departments including operations, engineering, and product to drive strategic projects and external engagements. Be an advocate and stakeholder for the Finance team in those rooms.

  • Process Improvement & Scalability: Identify operational inefficiencies and devise scalable solutions to enhance business performance, market positioning, and capabilities to support scale.

Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of finance experience in finance in a high growth environment, preferably in an operationally intensive business.

  • Proven ability to creatively solve complex problems in the face of ambiguity. Comfortable with being in the weeds and diving deep into the business, and also operating strategically.

  • Proven experience partnering cross-functionally; ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated bias for action and a relentless pursuit of results. Not afraid to have backbone or suggest new ideas to more senior leaders.

  • Excellent modeling skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets

  • Exceptional communication skills — able to distill complex analyses into executive-ready insights.
