As a Sr. Manager - Strategy, New Commerce, and Omnichannel for the US Ecommerce team, you will help architect the vision and strategic plan for a high-priority, high-visibility, growing digital business unit, focused on driving profitable growth, increasing speed to market, responding to consumer needs, and reducing costs. Applying industry trend research, consumer insights benchmarks, and performance analyses, you will develop the financial models that inform decisions both within the US Ecommerce commercial unit and with partners in planning, merchandising, finance, marketing, and digital product management. You will also create project launch plans, track enterprise initiatives, and create communications for executive leadership-level audiences. This role reports to the Sr. Director, Digital and Consumer Experience - US Ecommerce. 

About the Job
  • Manage and deliver strategic analyses to guide executive decision-making around core business activities and new opportunities, informed by market trends, competitive benchmarking, consumer behaviors, and financial metrics 

  • Develop an intimate knowledge of the key drivers of performance and help develop multiple forecasting exercises throughout the fiscal year 

  • Coordinate with teams within the region to develop the annual strategic plan, informed by the guiding financial plan 

  • Develop the supporting measurement and operational execution plans, monitoring, reporting on, and course correcting against milestones and deliverables 

  • Identify new acquisition channels and revenue streams through social commerce and marketplaces, sizing and prioritizing opportunities, and launching and maintaining storefronts 

  • Collaborate with global digital and cluster retail partners to develop a comprehensive, multi-year roadmap and in-year executional plan for omnichannel programs including Buy Online Pickup In Store, Ship From Store, Ship to Store, and others; and lead implementation and activation in digital channels 

  • Prepare and create influential presentations for senior executive-level audiences around strategic evaluations and recommendations 

  • Be the digital subject matter expert on broader enterprise initiatives 

  • Design and envision future partnership concepts based on current and latest technologies and consumer trends, with an eye toward capitalizing on incremental opportunities for top and bottom-line growth 

About You
  • 8+ years prior experience in a strategic role at a leading brand, technology company, or at a consulting firm with a focus in consumer goods/retail or technology 

  • Experience launching and managing new commerce channels and/or omnichannel initiatives 

  • Analyze and draw conclusions from a broad set of data to turn insights into actions 

  • Collaborate and influence at all levels of management 

  • Prioritize across multiple projects, and hold partners accountable for task delivery 

  • Present ideas clearly, and collect and act on feedback from a broad group of stakeholders 

  • A curious, enthusiastic learner who is proactive and nimble. 

This is a hybrid position based in our San Francisco, CA headquarters. You will be expected in office 3 days per week typically Tuesday-Thursday. Note, time in office can vary depending on business needs.

The expected starting salary range for this role is $119,800-$177,200 per year. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and business needs.
