Aerospace, you will be a key leader driving the success of our supply chain initiatives.

You will report to the Senior Director, Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) Customer Operations for Business and General Aviation and work on a hybrid schedule from Torrance, CA.

In this role, you will lead and align supply chain projects supporting BGA OEM Customers (Gulfstream, Embraer, Cessna, Bombardier, Dassault, IAI) with a focus on driving execution and ensuring on time delivery. Customer Operations is a critical function that ensures our most important customers have the information they need to plan production, while proactively identifying and resolving complex supply chain issues before they impact aircraft production lines.

As a Integrated Supply Chain Project Management Manager here at Honeywell, you will assume a pivotal role in steering the strategic success of our supply chain initiatives. Leading a team of project managers, you will orchestrate the seamless execution of supply chain projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will identify and implement process improvements, utilizing your extensive knowledge of supply chain processes, from procurement to customer fulfillment.  

ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage projects within the Integrated Supply Chain function
  • Develop project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate and collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure project objectives are met
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies
  • Communicate project status updates to stakeholders and senior management
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and methodologies
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
QualificationsYOU MUST HAVE
  • 6+ years of experience in supply chain or supply chain project management.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, including procurement, planning, logistics, and inventory management.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex supply chain projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration and effective information exchange.

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status or have the ability to obtain an export authorization.

The annual base salary range for this position is < $120K - $150K >. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
