Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Corporate Recruiting - full life cycle, research, and sourcing
- 5+ years of experience in Client Management
- 2+ years of experience in People Management

- Strong pulse on the recruitment landscape for key job families (Process Management, Data Analytics, Data Science, Legal and Compliance)
- Strategic orientation with proven ability to set a vision, chart a path and execute with high impact
- Proven track record of successfully leading high performing teams, demonstrating the ability to cultivate a culture of excellence and collaboration
- Influential partner who leads with data informed solutions to obtain buy-in from multiple stakeholders and inform business decisions
