Key Responsibilities

Manages an algorithm development group of several sub-groups responsible for the research, design, development and implementation & proliferation accompanying of algorithmic solutions in accordance with project budgets and time schedules.

Guide managers during construction and monitoring of work plans. Align work plans with relevant interfaces. Allocate resources within teams. Construct and monitor group's strategic work plan

Act as a technical mentor and guide algorithm developers and managers. Guide managers with regarding to managerial duties

Guide and assure quality of recruitment, training, AOP, IDP and promotion processes. Align processes within group level

Assure development according to development processes and methodology

Understand PL and external customer long term algorithmic needs and align work plans to meet them

Guide identification, definition and management of interfaces with external collaborators (sub-contractors, academy)

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
