We are hiring an Executive Assistant to support the CEO.
This role goes beyond traditional admin work — we’re looking for someone with basic business understanding and strong execution skills, who can support decision-making and keep things moving efficiently.
You will work closely with the CEO on daily operations, projects, and business-related tasks, gaining direct exposure to real estate investments and management.
Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders (partners, investors, vendors)
- Track key projects and ensure timely execution
- Prepare meeting materials, reports, and summaries
- Support basic business analysis
- Assist with real estate-related tasks (documents, coordination, due diligence support)
- Handle ad hoc and occasional personal tasks
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related fields preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience (strong fresh grads with business sense are welcome)
- Basic understanding of business concepts (e.g. ROI, market trends, cost structure)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly reliable
- Fluent in English and Mandarin, need to work teams from China
- Flexible schedule and willing to travel with the CEO when needed
