The role involves analyzing requirements, designing solutions, configuring and supporting Manhattan WMOS software, and providing training and technical support to users.
This is a remote position.
Responsibilities:
- Analyzing business requirements and designing solutions using the Manhattan WMOS software.
- Collaborating with other IT teams and business stakeholders to ensure effective implementation and integration of the WMOS solution.
- Configuring and testing the WMOS software to meet business needs and requirements.
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting for the WMOS software.
- Developing and delivering training materials to end-users of the WMOS software.
- Participating in system upgrades and enhancements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of the Manhattan WMOS software and its modules.
- Experience with warehouse management and supply chain management systems.
- Proficient in SQL, Java, and other programming languages.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and software.
Overall, the Manhattan WMOS Functional job involves designing, implementing, configuring, and maintaining the Manhattan WMOS software to meet the business requirements of an organization. The position requires strong technical skills, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with other IT teams and business stakeholders.
