Manufacturing Engineering Co-op - Summer 2026

The Role:
Our site in San Luis Obispo, CA is seeking a/an Manufacturing Engineering Co-op to join our team for the Summer 2026 season. This assignment is intended to be 12-14 weeks in duration.
What You’ll Do:
• Task Review: Analyzing tasks performed by the manufacturing team to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Time Tracking: Evaluating tack times (the duration of each task) to identify efficiencies and discrepancies compared to the SAP routings.
• Data Validation: Ensuring that all task times and details are accurately recorded in SAP.
• Collaboration: Working closely with the manufacturing team to gather insights and feedback.
What We Seek:
• 2nd - 4th year Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering students
• 8am-5pm day shift only; no overtime
• Attention to detail, good record keeper
• Good problem-solving skills
• Excellent written & verbal skills
• Intermediate Excel skills; modeling, pivot tables, v-lookup, macros

• Graduation date of spring 2026 or later
Eligibility

• Available to work 40 hours a week, M-F (8a-5p) beginning in mid-May/June through August/September.

Compensation: $20-$32 hourly range with actual pay dependent on graduation year and candidate skillset
