Position Responsibilities:
• Manages employees performing activities in multiple manufacturing disciplines.
• Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies.
• Acquires resources, provides technical management of suppliers, and leads process improvements.
• Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
• Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.
• Manages, develops and motivates employees.
• Leads defect reduction activities (Cut the CoRRS, BPSM, RCCA, DMAIC, etc.) by teaming with other functional support groups.
• Leads Continuous Improvement teams in the area of responsibility.
• Responsible for Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Employee performance and development.
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim pre-start and final post-start U.S. Secret clearance is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
• 3+ years' experience working in or supporting a manufacturing environment
• 3+ years' experience leading teams in a formal leadership role or informal role
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 1+ years' experience working with or supporting military and/or defense products
• Experience with LEAN methodologies
• Experience with building and developing teams
• Active US security clearance
• Previous Management experience
• Project Leadership experience
Additional Information:
This position is for C-Shift. Shift Hours: Friday - Sunday 6:00am - 6:30pm.

Summary pay range K Manager: $111,350 - $150,650
