As a Sr Quality Engineer here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of quality for our products and processes. You will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance strategies, conducting audits, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards
  • Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality requirements
  • Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction
Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
  • 5 plus years of experience in quality engineering
  • Experience with quality management systems and regulatory standards

WE VALUE

  • Advanced degree in Engineering (e.g., EE, ME)
  • Aerospace and/or Defense experience
  • Experience with Six Sigma or Lean methodologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Salary Range: $. 94,400.00 - $118,200.00 Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base bay. Applicable pay within the posted range may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographical location, job function of the position, education, and experience of the successful candidate.
