Your role at Clorox:

Brita is looking for an Associate Director of Brand Experience (BXL) to shape how our brand comes to life across every touchpoint. In this role, you’ll lead breakthrough, full funnel marketing and elevate our presence across retail with a strong focus on winning in e-commerce.
You’ll be the driving force behind Brita’s brand experience, partnering closely with teams across product, portfolio, and innovation to bring big ideas to market. We’re seeking a strategic, data driven marketer who loves to build, create, and deliver work that moves the business.

In this role, you will:

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Brand Strategy Activation

  • Bring the brand’s strategy to life across consumer and customer touchpoints.
  • Ensure consistent, compelling brand expression across all communications and creative.

2. Own Integrated Brand & Commercial Planning

  • Develop full‑funnel integrated plans across brand, media, shopper, and sales.
  • Drive strong performance across e‑commerce channels, including Amazon.

3. Drive Learning, Measurement & Optimization

  • Build a clear learning agenda tied to KPIs and business outcomes.
  • Partner with Finance and Analytic Insights to inform ongoing optimization.

4. Lead Cross‑Functional & Agency Alignment

  • Serve as the primary point of accountability for shared Brand Experience teams and agency partners.
  • Ensure strong alignment with cross‑functional partners to deliver cohesive brand experiences.

5. Ensure Brand Consistency Across All Touchpoints

  • Oversee creative quality and consistency across brand.com, e‑commerce, retail, email, SMS, and other channels.
  • Lead development of key consumer and customer‑facing moments.

Required Experience

  • Demonstrated experience leading brand transformation or major brand strategy efforts.
  • Ownership of full‑funnel media strategy with measurable business impact.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience driving learning and performance measurement.
  • Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and agency partners.
  • Experience guiding integrated creative across digital, e‑commerce, and retail.
  • Hands‑on Amazon media and e‑commerce experience required.

We are committed to fair and equitable pay and are transparent with current and future teammates about our full salary ranges. We use broad salary ranges that reflect the competitive market for similar jobs, provide sufficient opportunity for growth as you gain experience and expand responsibilities, while also allowing for differentiation based on performance. Based on the breadth of our ranges, most new hires will start at Clorox in the first half of the applicable range. Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.

–Zone A: $153,700 - $309,000

–Zone B: $140,900 - $283,300

–Zone C: $128,100 - $257,500

This job is also eligible for participation in Clorox’s incentive plans, subject to the terms of the applicable plan documents and policies.
