As a Market and Product Expansion Manager in Commerce Solutions & Commercialization, you are an integral part of the team whose work supports the successful release and adoption of products. As a core contributor of the team, you align the needs of clients in the market, as well as the price and position of our products. 

 

The Agentic Commerce GTM team is focused on establishing JPMorgan as a leading infrastructure provider for the next era of commerce. Agentic commerce changes who initiate transactions — from humans to AI agents — which creates new requirements across authentication, authorization, fraud detection, dispute resolution, liability, and trust 

 

 

Job responsibilities

  • Drive day-to-day execution of the Agentic Commerce GTM plan, ensuring key workstreams stay coordinated across content, marketing, communications, partnerships, events, sales enablement, and commercial teams.
  • Partner with Marketing and Demand Generation teams to support account-based marketing campaigns, digital campaigns, webinars, SEO/content hub development, and lead generation programs targeting enterprise commerce decision-makers.
  • Help build and manage the operating cadence for Agentic Commerce GTM, including workstream tracking, meeting management, milestone reporting, executive updates, and cross-functional issue resolution.
  • Partner with Events, Communications, and senior leadership to support industry conferences, executive roundtables, webinars, and the proposed JPM Agentic Commerce Summit.
  • Work with Product, Sales Enablement, and Demo Engineering partners to develop banker and seller enablement materials, including pitch decks, battlecards, client conversation guides, product explainers, and demo narratives.
  • Support commercialization by helping connect GTM activities to pipeline creation, target account engagement, beta merchant recruitment, client feedback, and adoption metrics.
  • Track competitive activity, market developments, buyer needs, and partner ecosystem trends to inform positioning, content priorities, and GTM execution.
  • Help define and report on GTM success metrics across share of voice, content engagement, demand generation, events, partnerships, merchant adoption, and commercial outcomes.

 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

 

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in Product, Technology, or Project Management
  • Strong understanding of risk management and controls, regional and local nuances, and governance requirements
  • Proven ability to comprehend and interpret market regulatory requirements to confirm and secure required market approvals and operational requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience supporting go-to-market execution for payments, fintech, commerce, enterprise software, digital products, AI/technology products, or other B2B platform businesses.
  • Strong project management and operating cadence skills, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple cross-functional workstreams simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate complex product, technology, and market concepts into clear client-facing and executive-facing materials.
  • Comfortable operating in an emerging category where strategy, messaging, market education, and execution plans may evolve quickly.


Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills


  • Experience in payments, merchant acquiring, treasury services, embedded finance, digital commerce, marketplaces, procurement, AI platforms, or agentic commerce.
  • Familiarity with enterprise merchant buying centers, including CTO, CPO, CFO, Head of Commerce, Head of Digital, and related decision-makers.
  • Experience coordinating strategic partnerships, co-marketing programs, developer ecosystem initiatives, or platform integrations.
  • Ability to work with technical stakeholders to shape product explainers, demo narratives, API/developer-facing materials, and client education content.
  • Intellectual curiosity about AI, commerce, payments infrastructure, enterprise technology, and how emerging technology changes client needs.
