Marketing Account Coordinator

Location: Remote

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organized, communicative, and detail-oriented Marketing Account Coordinator to serve as the vital bridge between our clients and our creative team. You will be the "first point of contact" for new projects, ensuring that every creative brief is complete, every asset is collected, and every deadline is met.

The ideal candidate thrives on turning client vision into actionable tasks and excels at managing expectations on both sides of the aisle.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Intake & Onboarding: Meet with clients to kick off new projects, identify their needs, and gather all necessary collateral (brand assets, copy, references).

• The "Creative Filter": Translate raw client requests into clear, organized briefs for our creative team. You ensure the designers and developers have everything they need to start work without back-and-forth delays.

• Project Liaison: Act as the primary point of communication between the client and the creative department. You will present work to clients and translate their feedback into actionable revisions.

• Deadline Management: Maintain the project calendar, ensuring all internal milestones are hit and final deliverables are sent to the client on time.

• Quality Control: Review creative output against the initial client request to ensure all requirements have been met before the client sees the work.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Experience: 1–3 years in a marketing agency, internal creative department, or project management role.

• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills. You can explain "creative speak" to clients and "client speak" to creatives.

• Organization: Mastery of project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com) and a "zero-inbox" mentality toward follow-ups.

• Adaptability: The ability to pivot quickly when client priorities shift while keeping the creative team focused and calm.

• Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to identifying potential bottlenecks before they impact a deadline.
