We're hiring a Marketing Acquisition Lead for our loyalty platform to help brands launch, manage, and grow their own loyalty, engagement, and membership programs. You'll own the full lifecycle of brand marketing campaigns: strategy, execution, measurement, and iteration. Email and SMS will be your primary channels, but you'll also run social, influencer, and other campaigns as opportunities emerge.

This is a high-impact, hands-on role for a full-stack marketer who can design campaigns, execute quickly, and continuously optimize performance. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you'll work directly with our executive and creative teams, interface regularly with brand partners, and have the opportunity to make a significant impact at a thriving startup.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own end-to-end campaign strategy and execution across email and SMS, plus social, influencer, and other channels as needed

  • Build, launch, and optimize campaigns that help our brand partners acquire, engage, and retain loyal customers

  • Manage our marketing CRM and the systems that support campaign operations

  • Optimize campaign performance by analyzing key metrics, running creative and audience tests, fine-tuning targeting and copy, and adjusting strategies to improve results

  • Partner directly with brand clients on strategy sessions and reviews; travel occasionally for client meetings, team offsites, and key events

  • Report weekly to leadership with clear insights, recommendations, and results tied to KPIs

  • Collaborate with executive and design teams to launch cohesive, high-quality campaigns

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing with a focus on user acquisition

  • Proven experience running email and SMS campaigns end-to-end

  • Comfortable owning both strategy and execution

  • Strong analytical mindset; confident working with campaign data and performance metrics

  • Experience testing and scaling multiple acquisition channels (social, influencer, etc.) and campaigns simultaneously

  • Familiarity with modern marketing stacks (CRM, automation tools, attribution, etc.). Klaviyo experience a plus.

  • Experience using AI tools regularly in your workflow (content, analysis, automation)

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (native or near-native fluency)

  • Comfortable in client-facing environments interacting with brand partners and representing AnyRoad in strategic conversations

  • Willing and able to travel periodically for client meetings, team gatherings, and events

  • Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment with high ownership

Location:

The team is based in San Francisco. We're looking for someone who lives in the Americas with strong overlap with US business hours, and who can travel occasionally for client meetings.
