IXL Learning, the developer of personalized learning products used by tens of millions globally, is looking for a Marketing Analyst to bring their expertise to help support global, multi-million dollar marketing initiatives on a dynamic, empowered, and fast-growing team. 

You will use the latest techniques to solve complex marketing problems—surrounding topics like attribution, tracking, testing, and CLV analysis—for the most beloved educational brands in the world, including IXL, Rosetta Stone, Education.com, and TPT.

This is a full-time position in our San Mateo, CA headquarters office. The work schedule for this role is Monday-Friday in the office with the option to work from home one day per week.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
  • Develop analytics frameworks and statistical solutions to support marketing strategies; assess the impact of marketing and product changes using media mix modeling, A/B testing, etc.
  • Model customer lifetime value using Bayesian techniques or custom methodologies
  • Write efficient and accurate SQL to query marketing and website data across multiple data warehouses, including BigQuery and Redshift 
  • Support product and marketing teams to design rigorous experiments that drive improvements in user engagement and conversion rates 
  • Launch technical integrations for marketing platforms using Google Tag Manager and GA4
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Bachelor degree in quantitative field or equivalent experience
  • One or two years of experience with statistical modeling techniques
  • Advanced SQL skills to write efficient queries and pull accurate data 
  • Intermediate knowledge of Python or R
  • Knowledge of REST API, Javascript, and Google Cloud strongly preferred

The base salary range for this full-time position is $80,000 to $100,000 + benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
