About the Role

Dandy is hiring a Marketing Analytics Manager to join our rapidly growing venture-backed company. This role will sit on the Growth team, where you’ll partner across our Marketing, RevOps, and Data functions to manage marketing data and analytics at Dandy. You’ll be responsible for structuring, gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data that enables the team to drive growth.

What You'll Do

  • Ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity across marketing and revenue systems.

  • Design, implement, and manage scalable data infrastructure to support analytics and reporting needs.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that measure channel performance, campaign ROI, and funnel efficiency.

  • Conduct ad hoc analyses to uncover trends, insights, and optimization opportunities.

  • Partner with channel owners and cross-functional teams to deliver timely and actionable analytics.

  • Build and maintain marketing channel & program performance forecasts.

  • Continuously refine marketing measurement frameworks to enhance attribution and forecasting accuracy.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years in a Marketing Analytics or similar role

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights

  • Deep understanding of sales and marketing funnels

  • Experience with Marketing Automation Platforms (e.g. Marketo, Hubspot)

  • Strong proficiency with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g. Bizible, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Looker).

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Experience in B2B high growth tech company
