The Marketing and Communications Manager at CCS manages marketing strategies, ensures effective communication, and executes projects in a healthcare environment, collaborating with teams and analyzing performance metrics.
Catalight Care Services (CCS) is seeking a strategic, detail-oriented Marketing and Communications Manager to serve as the primary marketing partner to our CCS business line. This role is responsible for translating business priorities into clear, compelling communications and well-executed marketing initiatives that support providers, partners, and leadership.

Essential Job Functions
- Serve as the main Marketing and Communications contact for Catalight Care Services (CCS).
- Manage annual updates to the CCS Provider Manual, ensuring accuracy, version control, and strong document management practices.
- Draft, edit, and manage provider portal communications and other business-critical messaging to our network.
- Create and manage CCS e-newsletter content, partnering with designers and web developers through launch.
- Lead development of the annual CCS Year in Review, including collection and synthesis of business data, partnership with leadership on narrative development, and coordination through final production.
- Provide executive-level presentation support, including development of high-quality PowerPoint materials.
- Analyze and report on project metrics and performance summaries.
- Proactively ensure website content remains current and aligned with business priorities.
- Support annual conference marketing efforts, including content, booth strategy, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate video shoots and other external-facing provider and practitioner-related communications.
- Collaborate cross-functionally within the Marketing and Communications team and with CCS business leaders to ensure timely execution of projects.
Qualifications
Minimum Education, Experience & Training Equivalent to:
- 6–8 years of experience in marketing or communications.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and business acumen.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and project management skills.
- Advanced PowerPoint capabilities
- Deep proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong experience with OneDrive and SharePoint, including document version control and file management.
- Experience working within web-based CMS platforms and email campaign systems.
- Familiarity with project management platforms such as Monday.com.
- Adobe Creative Suite experience preferred.

Conditions of Employment
- Ability to obtain and maintain criminal record clearance through the Department of Justice (DOJ). The People & Performance Department must analyze DOJ/FBI live scan reports in accordance with applicable Federal, State, and Local laws, as well as fitness for the position.
- Ability to obtain and maintain clearance through the Office of Inspector General.
- Must attend any required training.
Time Type:
