We’re looking for a Marketing and Growth Coordinator who thrives at the intersection of marketing execution and project coordination. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys keeping teams aligned, campaigns moving, and details buttoned up—while still getting hands-on with marketing initiatives.

If you’ve ever thought, “I love marketing, but I also love organizing the chaos behind it,” you’ll feel right at home here.

What You’ll Do

This role is equal parts marketing contributor and project orchestrator. You’ll be the connective tissue that keeps our Growth Team running smoothly.

Team Coordination and Project Management

  • Run the rhythm of the Growth Team—schedule meetings, manage agendas, and track follow-ups
  • Keep marketing and sales projects on track, on time, and aligned with priorities
  • Maintain visibility across campaigns, deadlines, and key initiatives
  • Coordinate cross-functional work between Sales, Marketing, and Growth Ops

Marketing Execution and Campaign Support

  • Build and deploy marketing emails and assist with website updates
  • Support campaign launches with QA, testing, and execution logistics
  • Schedule social media content and assist with digital presence management
  • Help maintain SEO accuracy and optimize digital assets

Process Improvement and Operations

  • Document and improve processes as the team scales
  • Maintain organized systems across Google Drive, SharePoint, and HubSpot
  • Identify bottlenecks and recommend smarter ways of working
  • Support reporting, scorecards, and performance tracking

Event and Sales Support

  • Assist with trade shows, events, and campaign logistics
  • Coordinate vendors, materials, and post-event follow-up
  • Help prepare sales collateral and presentations
  • Support direct mail and outreach efforts

Technology and AI Enablement

  • Use AI tools to improve efficiency (notes, research, content repurposing)
  • Help maintain internal AI resources and support team adoption
  • Stay curious and continuously improve how work gets done
What Makes You a Great Fit

This role is ideal for someone who:

  • Loves both marketing and organization
  • Thinks in checklists, timelines, and outcomes—not just ideas
  • Enjoys being the person who “keeps everything moving”
  • Is proactive—you don’t wait to be told what’s broken
  • Communicates clearly and follows through consistently
Qualifications
  • 2+ years in marketing, project coordination, operations, or similar role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Experience with tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or project management platforms
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or marketing tools is a plus
  • Comfortable learning new technology (including AI tools)
What You’ll Gain
  • Exposure to both strategic marketing and operational execution
  • A team that values clarity, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • The opportunity to directly impact how marketing drives business growth
Why This Role Matters

This isn’t just a coordinator role—it’s a force multiplier for the Growth Team. When this role is done well, campaigns launch faster, communication improves, and nothing falls through the cracks.

In short: you help turn good marketing into great execution.
