About the roleYou write, and you keep things moving. You own our written content and our email; you publish our content on time, and you make sure nothing goes out with a mistake. Our video and social content is produced by our in-house creative team; the writing, the email, and keeping it all on track are yours.
What You'll Own
Writing- Blog posts and articles that bring people in.
- Case studies, written from a customer win or a testimonial call.
- The everyday copy: social captions, in-app pop-ups and banners, landing-page and email copy.
- Write, build, and send our newsletters and lifecycle emails (trial, onboarding, retention).
- Check every send before it goes: links work, personalization is right, it reads well on mobile, unsubscribe works.
- Schedule and post the finished content across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube, on time and consistently.
- Keep the content pipeline moving: track what's in progress, chase what's missing, make sure nothing slips.
- Review content from the creative team before it's published or sent: the copy is right, client names are spelled correctly, links work, and it sounds like us.
Who We're Looking For
Required- 2+ years writing marketing content (blog posts, emails, case studies) for a SaaS or digital business.
- Native-level written English with a clear, strong voice.
- Hands-on with an email platform (ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, Customer.io, Mailchimp, or similar).
- Comfortable scheduling and posting across social platforms.
- Organized and reliable; you hit your deadlines.
- A sharp eye for detail; you catch the typos everyone else misses.
Success in This Role
- Content ships on schedule, week after week.
- Newsletters and emails go out regularly and read well.
- Blog posts and case studies get published and bring in readers and leads.
