  • Brand & Content · Own and evolve the company’s brand identity across all channels. · Lead content creation efforts including case studies, videos, social media, and website content. · Get hands-on when needed—capture content onsite, support customer storytelling, and produce high-impact marketing assets. · Ensure consistent messaging and positioning across all external communications.

  • Events & Field Marketing · Plan, execute, and optimize trade shows, conferences, and industry events. · Manage end-to-end event logistics including booth design, messaging, collateral, and follow-up strategy. · Represent the company at networking events and build strong industry relationships. · Identify and pursue new opportunities for brand exposure in key markets.

  • Growth & Execution · Drive initiatives that expand market reach, especially in startup and high-growth environments. · Experiment with new channels and growth tactics to scale awareness and demand. · Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to translate technical capabilities into customer value propositions. · Take ownership of branded materials including SWAG, ensuring high-quality and impactful representation of the company.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, or growth roles, preferably in B2B or technology-driven companies.

  • Proven track record of driving market growth and increasing brand awareness in startup or high-growth environments.

  • Hands-on experience planning and executing trade shows, conferences, and field marketing initiatives.

  • Experience analyzing customer behavior, market trends, and campaign performance to inform strategy.

  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and leadership teams to drive revenue outcomes.

Skills

  • Highly analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to marketing and decision-making. ·

  • Strong understanding of B2B customer journeys and regional buying behaviors.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; confident representing the company publicly. ·

  • Willingness to be hands-on and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. ·

  • Ability to translate technical concepts into compelling marketing narratives. ·

  • Strong project management and organizational skills. ·

  • Creative thinker with a bias toward execution.

  • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo)

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales alignment (e.g., Salesforce)
