We are looking for a Marketing Campaign Manager to join our Marketing team.
What does a Marketing Campaign Manager at CoderPad do?
This role is execution-focused and impact-driven. You will own the planning and delivery of multi-channel campaigns that directly influence pipeline while building sustainable brand awareness that fuels future demand.
You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Content, Product Marketing, Marketing Ops, and Demand Gen to deliver campaigns that move buyers from awareness to opportunity.
As the global leader in the technical interview space (4,000+ customers in 165+ countries) it is our goal as a marketing team to tell stories and run programs that build brand awareness and drive pipeline generation while enabling our customer facing teams.
This role reports to the Director of Demand Generation.
This role is located in North America and works EST hours.
What you'll be doing:
- Plan and execute coordinated, multi-channel campaigns — ensuring channels work together across the buyer journey.
- Channels include: Email marketing, Paid social, Paid search, Webinars / virtual events, Website landing pages
- Content Development & Messaging Alignment: Translate positioning into compelling, performance-driven campaign messaging. You don’t need to be a full-time copywriter but you know what strong content looks like and can produce and refine it effectively.
- You will:
- Develop strong value propositions aligned to persona and funnel stage
- Write high-performing content (with AI and team support), including: Blog posts, Video scripts, Emails, Landing pages, Ad copy, Long form content
- Adapt messaging for awareness, engagement, and conversion stages
- Channel Performance Optimization: You are data-informed and comfortable optimizing campaigns. You understand that performance is measured by pipeline impact — not just activity metrics.
- You will:
- Manage budgets and pacing for your programs/channels
- Run A/B tests (subject lines, ads, landing pages)
- Optimize for CTR, CVR, CPL, and pipeline contribution
- Identify underperforming messages or assets and iterate quickly
- Marketing Automation & CRM Proficiency: You understand how leads move from campaign to pipeline. You ensure campaigns are trackable, measurable, and aligned to revenue reporting.
- Working knowledge of: HubSpot, Salesforce, Basic segmentation and nurture setup, UTM tracking and attribution fundamentals, Strong partnership with marketing and sales operations
- Project Management & Cross-Functional Coordination: You can independently drive campaigns from concept to launch.
- You will:
- Build campaign timelines, Coordinate across content, design, sales, ops, demand gen, and product marketing
- Manage multiple assets and deadlines simultaneously
- Keep launches on track in a fast-paced environment
- Manage and optimize campaign performance
What you should bring:
- 3-5 years of experience
- Proven experience executing integrated demand generation campaigns
- Hands-on channel experience across a mix of email, paid media, webinars, and landing pages
- Strong content development and messaging capabilities
- Experience optimizing campaigns based on performance data
- Working knowledge of Hubspot and Salesforce
- Ability to operate independently while collaborating cross-functionally
