We’re seeking a talented Marketing Communications Manager to join the Cummins Communications team in a fully remote role.

Responsibilities

To be successful in this role you will need the following:        

  • Strategic Marketing Leadership: Ability to develop and execute a comprehensive dealer communications and allied product promotion strategy across the US and Canada, driving alignment with business objectives and measurable commercial impact. Lead end-to-end marketing initiatives—from prelaunch configuration to postlaunch coordination, to ensure flawless delivery and continuous improvement. 
  • Cross Functional Partnership: Skill in collaborating with NA OnHighway leadership, regional Sales teams, Product BU marcom partners, digital marketing, and operations teams to ensure cohesive execution, smooth Salesforce Marketing Cloud integration, and unified messaging. 
  • Financial & Analytical Acumen: Strength in serving as the Finance Champion for the DBU MarCom team while using data driven insights to support revenue growth, margin improvement, and informed decision making. 
  • Operational & Project Excellence: Capability to manage and optimized processes related to the CSSNA Tradeshow Portal strategy  

 
Education, Licenses, Certifications: 
College, university, or equivalent degree in marketing or a related subject required. 
 
Experience: 

  • Product marketing experience preferred. 
  • Talent Management experience and experience managing distributed teams highly preferred. 
  • Digital marketing experience preferred. 
  • Global perspective and experience preferred. 
  • B2B experience preferred. 
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines. 
  • Creative thinker with a strong attention to detail. 
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using marketing analytics tools. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
