Description

Tell Stories That Change Lives.

At Magnify of Central Florida, we believe every person is created with God-given gifts, talents, and purpose. Our mission is to empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live, learn, work, and thrive in their communities.

We're looking for a creative, strategic, and mission-driven Marketing & Communications Manager to help tell those stories, strengthen our brand, and expand our impact across Central Florida.

At Magnify, we serve youth and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities through residential services, employment supports, life-skills development, youth transition programming, and community engagement opportunities. Every story you tell and every campaign you create helps advance opportunities, inclusion, and belonging for the people we serve.

This isn't a role where you'll be managing a single campaign or posting on social media all day. You'll serve as the lead marketing professional for a nonprofit organization, shaping how our community experiences the Magnify brand while supporting fundraising, recruitment, program growth, donor engagement, and organizational communications.

If you're excited about combining purpose-driven work with modern marketing strategy, we'd love to meet you.

Why You'll Love This RoleMake a Meaningful Impact

Your work will directly support individuals with disabilities and the families who love them. Every campaign, story, event, and communication helps advance a mission that changes lives.

Own the Marketing Function

You'll have the opportunity to influence strategy, brand development, content, digital communications, fundraising campaigns, events, and community engagement across the entire organization.

Work Across Multiple Initiatives

No two days are the same. You'll support residential services, employment programs, life skills training, youth transition services, fundraising events, donor engagement, and organizational growth initiatives.

Be Part of a Forward-Thinking Organization

We're embracing emerging technologies, including AI-powered search, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and we're looking for someone excited to help lead that evolution.

What You'll Do
  • Lead organization-wide marketing and communications initiatives
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns
  • Manage website, social media, email marketing, and digital communications
  • Create compelling stories, videos, graphics, and content that inspire engagement
  • Support fundraising campaigns, donor communications, and special events
  • Serve as project manager for our signature Harvest Ball event
  • Build community awareness and strengthen brand recognition
  • Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations
  • Collaborate with leadership and program teams to ensure consistent messaging
  • Develop strategies that increase visibility across traditional and AI-powered search platforms
