JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Marketing Communications Specialist is a strategic driver of ATI's marketing initiatives, responsible for planning, executing, and managing content creation and campaigns that elevate the ATI brand and drive business growth. This role requires a proactive individual who will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engage member/client audiences across various channels, including digital, print, and social media. The Marketing Coordinator will oversee and manage key communication marketing projects from start to finish, collaborating with internal teams, external partners, and vendors to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and consistent messaging across all communications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Marketing Campaign Management:
    Lead the planning and execution of communications schedule capturing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, website, email marketing, and industry publications, with a focus on increasing brand visibility, engagement, and member/client relations. Ensure that all communications align with ATI’s business goals, messaging, and target audience.

  • Content Creation & Execution:
    Develop, write, and manage high-quality content, including social media posts, email newsletters, blog articles, website copy, and editorial submissions. Drive content strategy completion to engage customers and enhance ATI’s thought leadership within our core members.

  • Social Media Strategy:
    Oversee the creation and execution of ATI’s social media strategy, including developing a monthly content calendar, posting, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize reach and follower growth.

  • Email Marketing & Lead Generation:
    Drive the creation and execution of targeted email campaigns using platforms like HubSpot, Constant Contact, or MailChimp to promote products, services, news and events. Manage the segmentation of email lists and use data analytics to improve open rates and engagement.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    Take the lead in coordinating efforts between internal departments, including graphic design, web development, and sales teams, to ensure the effective execution of marketing projects. Ensure smooth collaboration with external vendors and partners to enhance marketing activities and meet deadlines.

  • Brand Consistency & Reputation Management:
    Support the oversite of ATI’s brand usage across all internal and external communications, ensuring consistency in messaging, design, and tone. Actively support ATI's online reputation by addressing customer feedback, monitoring brand sentiment, and recommending improvements.

  • Performance Tracking & Optimization:
    Regularly analyze marketing campaign results, website traffic, and social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaigns and drive higher engagement and conversion rates.

  • Sales & Marketing Collateral:
    Develop and produce sales collateral, presentations, press releases, case studies, and other materials to support business development and sales initiatives. Ensure all materials are aligned with ATI’s messaging and branding guidelines.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing with a proven track record of driving successful campaigns and delivering measurable results

  • Strong copywriting and editing skills with an eye for detail and brand voice consistency

  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms (email marketing, social media, CRM, analytics, etc.)

  • Experience with marketing automation software such as Pardot, MailChimp, or Constant Contact

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM system

  • Familiarity with graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite) or working knowledge of content management systems (CMS)

  • Experience with SEO, SEM, and paid advertising campaigns

Compensation Range:

$7.25 - $106,100.00

Compensation Frequency:

Annual

Base pay offered may vary depending on actual location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Supplemental pay types may include commissions or bonus incentives, depending on the role.
