This role is ideal for a candidate who can translate complex technologies, customer challenges, and product differentiators into clear, engaging content that supports brand awareness, product launch success, customer education, and sales enablement

The successful candidate will bring strong technology marketing experience, exceptional writing and editing skills, and the ability to collaborate across product management, engineering, sales, applications, communications, and executive stakeholders. This person will be expected to own outcomes, deliver on commitments, stay driven by priorities, work resiliently through barriers, innovate for long-term success, boldly collaborate with cross-functional teams, and value diverse contributions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Extract strong benefit driven content and positioning from product management, engineering, applications, sales and service teams to create clear, differentiated, and persuasive messaging for technical and business audiences.
  • Develop and execute a content strategy that supports business objectives, product launches, customer engagement, and market positioning.
  • Create high-quality content to be used in customer-facing presentations, white papers, application notes, case studies, executive and investor presentations, campaign assets, video scripts, and sales enablement materials.
  • Ensure all content reflects brand standards, voice, tone, positioning, and messaging consistency across global markets and customer touchpoints.
  • Manage project timelines, content reviews, stakeholder approvals, and cross-functional deliverables in a deadline-driven environment, owning outcomes and delivering on commitments even when priorities shift or barriers arise.
  • Monitor content performance and use analytics, customer insights, and campaign data to continuously improve content effectiveness and business impact.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, English, engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or technical background preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing content development, technical marketing, product marketing or communications,
  • Demonstrated ability to write for both technical and executive audiences, with a strong portfolio of content such as white papers, product messaging, launch materials, case studies, thought leadership, and sales enablement assets.
  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing, demand generation, product launch processes, digital channels, SEO principles, and content performance measurement.
  • Ability to quickly understand complex technical concepts and convert them into clear customer value propositions and differentiated market messaging.
  • Experience using content management systems, analytics tools, collaboration platforms, and project management tools.
  • Knowledge of account-based marketing, customer journey mapping, persona development, and lifecycle content strategy.

Key Competencies

  • Strategic Storytelling: Builds clear, differentiated narratives that connect technology capabilities to customer and business value.
  • Technical Curiosity: Learns complex products, applications, and markets quickly and asks strong questions to uncover meaningful insights.
  • Business Acumen: Understands how content supports pipeline growth, customer engagement, product adoption, and competitive positioning.
  • Bold Cross-Functional Collaboration: Works effectively across technical, commercial, creative, and executive teams to drive alignment and execution while actively valuing diverse contributions and perspectives.
  • Execution Discipline and Ownership: Delivers high-quality work under tight timelines while managing multiple priorities and stakeholders, owning outcomes, following through on commitments, and staying driven by what matters most.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Creates content that reflects customer challenges, buying motivations, operational realities, and measurable outcomes.

 About the Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a proactive, intellectually curious, and highly skilled communicator who thrives in a fast-moving technical environment. They are equally comfortable interviewing engineers, shaping executive messaging, developing launch content, and creating materials that help sales teams engage customers with confidence.
