The Marketing Coordinator will provide support and execution on various marketing programs at Houlihan Lawrence designed to drive our brand and agent services forward. This role will aid in improving productivity between internal stakeholders and various departments.

  • Create organic and paid social media campaigns across multiple platforms, generating analytic reports when necessary.
  • Act as project manager to filter and execute projects successfully and efficiently. Liaise between multiple departments and agents to ensure productive workflow.
  • Become an expert in our proprietary marketing tools, providing support to agents, admins and managers.
  • Assist in updating website content on a weekly basis.
  • Source and distribute industry updates to company sphere on a weekly basis.
  • Work with marketing leadership to identify potential partnerships that can boost brand awareness.
  • Help create and implement content throughout marketing platforms.
  • Perform general administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Real Estate Marketing experience (1-3 years)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in communications or related field or 2+ years’ experience managing marketing strategies, with a focus on digital and social
  • Excellent project management skills and attention to detail
  • Strong oral and written presentation skills; ability to present information that is understandable and engaging to the recipients
  • Professional and team-oriented disposition
  • Willingness to day-travel locally

  • Perform responsibilities as directed achieving desired results within expected time frames and with a high degree of quality and professionalism. 
  • Establish and maintain positive and productive work relationships with all staff, customers and business partners.
  • Demonstrate the behavioral and technical competencies necessary to effectively complete job responsibilities.  Take personal initiative for technical and professional development.
  • Follow the company HR Policy, the Code of Business Conduct and all subsidiary and department policies and procedures, including protecting confidential company information, attending work punctually and regularly, and following good safety practices in all activities.

Wage:   $22.00 - $26.00 hourly; actual wage is based upon education and experience.
