Job Description:

We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our Field Marketing team. This role provides critical support to our regional sales leaders and marketing partners, with a strong focus on field-facing, ad-hoc marketing execution - especially one-off email requests, campaign follow-ups, and administrative coordination.

The right candidate will be organized, responsive, and excited to jump in wherever needed. You’ll play a key role in keeping marketing efforts moving by fielding quick-turn requests, supporting day-to-day execution, and contributing to broader campaign work. If you love variety, enjoy working across teams, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be a great fit.

Responsibilities:

  • Ad-Hoc Field Marketing Support: Manage quick-turn marketing requests from sales leaders and internal partners, with a focus on creating and executing personalized email messages and regional campaigns.
  • Project Management: Assist in coordinating content creation and other marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they align with our strategic goals and maintaining compliant content throughout the process.
  • Content Strategy Ideation: Contribute to developing content strategies tailored to the needs of our sales team and target audience, enhancing the effectiveness of our field marketing efforts.
  • Sales Team Collaboration: Maintain strong working relationships with sales leaders, helping to gather input and support their outreach efforts with timely, effective marketing support.
  • Social Media Marketing: Assist in strategizing and executing social media campaigns, particularly on LinkedIn, to enhance content reach and maintain a consistent online presence.
  • Creative & Campaign Collaboration: Work alongside the marketing team to execute elements of larger campaigns - prepping materials, routing content, and managing timelines
  • Administrative & Logistics Support: Handle scheduling, calendar updates, internal communications, and other logistical needs to keep projects moving efficiently.
  • Resource & File Management: Help organize internal resources, maintain shared folders and links, and keep content hubs up to date.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Handle ad hoc requests or projects as needed to support the overall marketing team and company objectives.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (1-3 years) in a marketing role or similar position.
  • Ability to work full-time.
  • Relationship-Building Skills: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, particularly sales professionals.
  • Email Marketing Expertise: Basic knowledge of email marketing platforms (HubSpot is a plus)
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities at once.
  • Creative Thinking: Ability to generate innovative ideas and creative solutions to engage target audiences and support field marketing objectives.
  • Team Collaboration: Strong communicator with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams..
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Capacity to adapt to new challenges and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a positive and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn

Base Salary Range : $60,000 - $65,000
