Manage and upload product and catalog information to ensure accurate web and print marketing materials. Maintain source codes, monitor replacements, verify pricing, photos, promotions, and product details. Support testing, troubleshooting, and communicate changes to Sales, Purchasing, Art & Design, and Customer Service.
Summary: This position will work primarily with Sales, Purchasing, Art & Design and Marketing department to ensure accurate, timely product information is presented via all catalogs and web stores. Position will require strong written and verbal communication skills with sales, purchasing, and customer service. The position also requires attention to detail and requires strong organizational skills.
Essential Duties:
- Responsible for the on time development of all assigned program marketing materials (primarily catalogs, order forms and posters) which includes but is not limited to; adding new items, removing deleted or discontinued products, price changes, proper item description, price, volume/weight, picture, item number, UPC, rules and regulations, ordering information, shipping weights, etc.
- Responsible for uploading all catalog information into the appropriate program source codes in our computer system are correct which in turn ensures our websites are correct. This includes but is not limited to item restrictions and product limits for each program and/or facility, unique specification for the program, promotions, pricing, etc.
- Responsible for ensuring that all websites are correctly mimic the source code and marketing materials. This includes but is not limited to information, promotions, rules and regulations, FAQ’s, etc. Responsible for assisting testing and troubleshooting, confirming pricing, product offering, photos, etc.
- Provides catalog recap of new, deleted and price changes and ensures all changes are made to new source code
- Daily monitoring of replacement items in source codes
Education & Professional Qualifications:
- Associate degree or 3 years of experience
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Proficiency in Excel and MS Word
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Development and maintenance of excel spreadsheets and data loading
- Must be detail oriented and have the ability to multitask
- Must have ability to meet a multiple deadlines
- Must be a self-starter with excellent follow up skills
- Background in the consumer packaged goods industry a plus
- Microsoft DAX experience a plus
