Job Description:

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels. This role requires someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about working in a dynamic and collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple projects while maintaining a strong sense of creativity and strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and promotions

  • Coordinate marketing events, presentations, and client-facing materials

  • Monitor project timelines, deadlines, and budgets

  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities

  • Support internal teams with marketing collateral and campaign updates

  • Prepare performance reports and assist with campaign analysis

  • Maintain brand consistency across all communications and materials

  • Collaborate with designers, writers, and project managers to ensure seamless execution

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in a marketing or coordination role

  • Strong organizational and project management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello)

  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of initiative and accountability
