About Revel

At Revel, we are revolutionizing the way the world's most critical hardware is controlled—across aerospace, automotive, energy, and manufacturing sectors. Our next-generation software stack combines an intuitive command/control interface, a specialized programming language tailored for hardware control, and a high-performance runtime environment. We empower engineers to build, test, and deploy critical systems rapidly, reliably, and safely.

Role Overview

We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator who is a driven, resourceful, self-starter ready to make a high impact on our growing team.

This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you'll work across a range of marketing initiatives — from keeping projects on track to jumping into ad hoc creative and strategic work. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves variety, and is excited to learn a technically fascinating industry, we’d love to learn from you.

What You’ll Do

  • Project & Calendar Coordination: Own and manage the marketing content calendar, tracking deadlines, coordinating cross-functional inputs, and keeping campaigns and deliverables on schedule.
  • Content & Social Support: Help repurpose core content into social posts, blog updates, and other marketing assets. Support the management of Revel's corporate social media channels and help build our audience over time.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as a connective thread between marketing leadership, designers, product teams, and engineers — facilitating communication, tracking action items, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

  • Research & Learning: Develop a working understanding of Revel's technical domain to support briefings, competitive research, and content accuracy

  • Ad Hoc Marketing Support: Serve as a versatile contributor across the marketing function — helping with content distribution, event logistics, conference coordination, and whatever the team needs most.

Must-Have Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing or a demonstrated interest in marketing
  • Strong organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines without dropping the ball.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication — you don't need to be a technical writer, but you should be comfortable working with complex subject matter and asking good questions.

  • A collaborative, low-ego approach to work; comfortable rolling up your sleeves and helping wherever needed.

Plusses

  • Familiarity with project management tools (Notion preferred).

  • Interest in aerospace, defense, deep tech, or industrial software.

  • Experience supporting social media or content marketing in a B2B context.

  • Background or coursework in marketing, communications, or business.

  • Previous experience at a startup or in a fast-moving team environment.

Team & Exposure

You will report directly to the Director of Marketing, and work closely with design, product leads, and test engineers. This role offers unique exposure to the front lines of hardware testing; you will spend time (virtually and occasionally on-site) at facilities like rocket engine test stands to see our product in action. You will have meaningful ownership over how the world perceives Revel's brand.

ITAR Requirements

To conform to U.S. Government export regulations, applicants must be a (i) U.S. citizen or national, (ii) U.S. lawful permanent resident (green card holder), (iii) Refugee under 8 U.S.C. § 1157, or (iv) Asylee under 8 U.S.C. § 1158, or be eligible to obtain required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.

Why Revel

  • Work on groundbreaking technology that directly impacts critical infrastructure and high-stakes industries with strong early traction.

  • Establish our brand's early identity by acting as a versatile, high-impact contributor across the marketing function.

  • The opportunity to work alongside some of the sharpest engineers in the industry.
