Ideal Living is looking for a Marketing Coordinator, who will be responsible for assisting the marketing calendar and aligning all marketing and cross-functional partners behind a common strategy to drive new revenue and launch newness for our innovative air purifier brand AirDoctor.  

 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities: 

 

  • Assist in content strategy and help organize/distribute marketing assets with cross-functional partners. 
  • Write structured meeting notes and follow up with stakeholders with a summary.  
  • Act as a liaison between the cross-functional teams to ensure proper execution and consistency of our marketing for all channels, and maintain brand asset organization. 
  • Oversee project implementation within PMS (Asana) across all cross-functional teams. 
  • Create, route, and manage creative briefs, tasks, and projects, while meeting project objectives and deadlines. 

 

Job Qualifications: 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree required, plus 1-2 years of marketing experience , ideally in the health & wellness or consumer/household is preferred 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; the Ideal candidate will have copywriting skills. 
  • Self-directed, detail-oriented, with excellent project management skills; Must be “hands-on” and get involved with the details. 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills: able to handle multiple priorities 
  •  Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.  
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Docs, and Google Sheets.  
  • Proficiency in Asana is a plus! 
  • High-energy, Positive Attitude: You’re infectiously optimistic and resilient, and bring positivity and forward momentum to any team you join
