Overview
We are hiring a Marketing & Demand Generation Lead to own and scale HitPay’s digital merchant acquisition engine. This is a high-impact, strategic, and execution-driven role focused on generating qualified sign-ups from SMBs and mid-sized businesses across Southeast Asia.
The ideal candidate has experience scaling demand generation for long-tail and SMB-focused digital platforms, and is comfortable both building campaigns hands-on and leading a small team.
Target Profile
5–10 years in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing
Experience leading end-to-end digital acquisition: strategy, execution, and optimization
Proven success with SMB or long-tail audience acquisition (SaaS, fintech, marketplace, etc.)
Strong with Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, retargeting, landing pages, SEO, and funnel conversion
Experience managing a marketing team and collaborating cross-functionally with product and sales
Comfortable with daily 4–6 hour Asia timezone overlap (especially if remote)

Track record of delivering high ROI campaigns and driving efficient CAC
Strong analytical orientation — data-led but creative
Experience with funnel ownership (from acquisition through conversion and activation)

First 90 Days Goals
Audit current funnel and identify quick wins and long-term priorities
Launch performance campaigns across 2–3 key channels/markets
Drive measurable improvements in CAC and qualified merchant sign-ups
Build and manage campaign performance dashboards
Align the marketing team’s execution plan with company growth goals
