  • Proven success with SMB or long-tail audience acquisition (SaaS, fintech, marketplace, etc.)

  • Strong with Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, retargeting, landing pages, SEO, and funnel conversion

  • Experience managing a marketing team and collaborating cross-functionally with product and sales

  • Comfortable with daily 4–6 hour Asia timezone overlap (especially if remote)

Top Traits to Look For

  • Strategic thinker with execution muscle — willing to get hands-on

  • Track record of delivering high ROI campaigns and driving efficient CAC

  • Experience with funnel ownership (from acquisition through conversion and activation)

  • Bonus: Experience in cross-border, regulated, or fintech industries

First 90 Days Goals

  • Audit current funnel and identify quick wins and long-term priorities

  • Launch performance campaigns across 2–3 key channels/markets
