Our client is looking for a Marketing Design & Ad Specialist to help strengthen their digital presence through creative design and performance-driven advertising. This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional who enjoys combining creativity with data, bringing ideas to life through compelling visual content while continuously improving campaign performance across multiple digital channels.

They are a purpose-driven company in the natural and organic consumer products industry that has expanded its impact through sustainable sourcing initiatives, ethical partnerships, and continued growth in the health and wellness market.

The ideal candidate is equally comfortable designing engaging marketing assets, managing paid advertising campaigns, and collaborating with a small, fast-moving team. This person will play an important role in developing creative materials, optimizing advertising strategies, managing product listings, and supporting overall marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Design high-quality static graphics and video creatives for paid advertising and organic social media.
  • Develop creative assets for Meta, Google, TikTok, and other digital marketing campaigns.
  • Review and enhance website visuals and evergreen marketing materials.
  • Create presentations, sales collateral, and additional marketing assets to support the B2B sales team.
  • Provide recommendations regarding creative direction, branding, photography, and video production.
  • Launch, monitor, and optimize advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • Continuously test new creative concepts to improve campaign performance.
  • Optimize product listings across digital sales channels.
  • Review advertising settings, audience targeting, budgets, and campaign performance.
  • Collaborate closely with internal team members to establish weekly advertising priorities, budgets, and performance goals.
  • Analyze campaign results and recommend improvements based on performance data.


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, and social media management.
  • Hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok.
  • Strong graphic design skills with the ability to create both static and video content.
  • Experience optimizing digital marketing campaigns using performance metrics.
  • Ability to balance creative work with analytical decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working independently in a collaborative remote environment.
Qualifications
  • Experience working with consumer brands, e-commerce companies, or CPG products.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing principles.
  • Experience developing creative assets that drive measurable results.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
