Who we are

Neros is a defense technology company building America’s drone industrial base. We design and manufacture high-performance unmanned systems that are tested in combat, iterated at startup speed, and built at massive scale. Our team culture is fast, hands-on, and obsessed with closing the gap between design and deployment.

As drones transform the character of warfare, Neros is delivering the systems America and its allies needs to compete on the modern battlefield and deter future conflicts, or else win them. We’re building a lean Marketing organization of creatives and operators who want to move fast, take extreme ownership, build a brand from the ground up, and tell the Neros story.

What you will be doing

Sitting within the Marketing organization, Neros’ Marketing Designer is responsible for the end-to-end design execution across Neros’ Marketing ecosystem. You will ingest strategic and creative briefs to bring our campaigns to life across our website, social, email, biz dev collateral, board decks, print, trade show, and out of home assets.

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day visual updates to website landing pages, product pages, blog imagery, and subpages – inclusive of layout, typography, responsive behaviors, and states
  • Own social media and email graphics, templates, and layouts
  • Own Event, Trade Show, Printed, and OOH assets
  • Lead design work across all integrated marketing campaigns
  • Maintain design language and visual identity across the Neros ecosystem

You should have the following

  • 5+ years experience in marketing design, preferably in defense, aerospace, robotics, tech, or hardware industries
  • Experience both in partnering with web engineering for development hand offs and directly pushing edits via no-code platforms like Webflow or Framer
  • Expert level skill in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Webflow, and Powerpoint
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a pipeline of design requests with varying degrees of complexity and urgency
  • Demonstrated ability to work from a brand platform and balance brand sensibilities and existing guard rails with thoughtful evolutions of design language
  • Deep sense of ownership in how Neros’ brand is conveyed through visual language

Nice to have

  • Motion design, animation or illustration skillset

US Salary Range
