Job Title: Marketing Director
Location: Alpharetta, GA (Preferred) | Open to Remote
Reporting to: Chief Commercial Officer

Simeio is seeking a strategic and hands-on Marketing Director to lead marketing execution and go-to-market strategy across the organization. This role is responsible for owning and rolling out Simeio’s marketing strategy end-to-end, with direct oversight of Demand Generation, Partner Marketing, and Graphic Design.

The ideal candidate brings a strong balance of strategy, execution, and people leadership, with proven experience managing marketing budgets and driving measurable business impact. This role will work closely with Sales, Partners, and Executive Leadership to fuel pipeline growth and brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Own overall marketing strategy, planning, and execution, ensuring alignment with Simeio’s growth objectives
  • Lead the rollout of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, events, partners, and sales enablement
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all channels

Demand Generation

  • Design and execute demand generation programs to drive qualified pipeline and revenue
  • Own campaign strategy across inbound, outbound, ABM, digital, email, and events
  • Measure performance using key marketing and revenue metrics (pipeline, CAC, conversion rates, ROI)

Partner Marketing

  • Develop and execute joint marketing initiatives with strategic technology and channel partners
  • Collaborate with partner teams on co-branded campaigns, events, webinars, and content
  • Maximize MDF and partner-funded marketing investments

Creative & Brand Management

  • Oversee graphic design and creative execution across all marketing assets
  • Ensure brand standards, messaging, and visual consistency across internal and external materials
  • Guide the development of sales collateral, presentations, web assets, and thought leadership

Budget & Performance Management

  • Own and manage the marketing budget, including forecasting, allocation, and ROI analysis
  • Prioritize spend across campaigns, tools, agencies, and partners
  • Report regularly on marketing performance, insights, and recommendations to leadership

Team & Cross‑Functional Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and develop internal marketing resources and external agencies
  • Partner closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Leadership to align messaging and execution
  • Serve as a trusted marketing advisor to the executive team
Qualifications

Required

  • Proven ownership of marketing budgets and performance accountability
  • Strong experience leading Demand Generation and Partner Marketing
  • Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into execution
  • Data-driven mindset with experience measuring marketing impact on pipeline and revenue
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

  • Experience in technology, SaaS, cybersecurity, IAM, or professional services
  • Experience working closely with sales and revenue teams
  • Familiarity with enterprise buyers and long sales cycles
  • Location in or near Alpharetta, GA (remote candidates will be considered)
