The ideal candidate is a strong project manager and stakeholder partner who thrives in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and multiple concurrent initiatives. You'll work closely with internal teams to connect the dots, drive projects forward, navigate approval processes, and ensure deliverables are completed on time.

This is a highly collaborative, self-directed role that supports the broader marketing and business development organization. Success requires strong organizational skills, executive presence, excellent communication, and the ability to move seamlessly between strategic context and hands-on execution.

The Details:

  • Location: Fully remote within the U.S.
  • Duration: Approximately a 6-month consulting role through Blend with the possibility of extension (must be able to work on Blend’s W2 without sponsorship)
  • Benefits: We do offer benefits to our full-time consultants, including Health, Vision, Dental, 401K plan, Life Insurance, Employee Assistance Programs, and an incredibly supportive team cheering you on!

What you’ll do:

Marketing Enablement & Sales Support

  • Create and maintain sales enablement materials, presentations, one-pagers, training resources, and other materials that help frontline sales teams communicate marketing services, products, and capabilities.
  • Develop educational content that translates new offerings and complex marketing solutions into clear, compelling, and actionable messaging.
  • Support the creation of business development presentations, executive-level decks, and materials used to communicate value propositions and business outcomes.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to prepare sales teams for new product launches, capabilities, and service offerings.
  • Help develop and organize training materials that enable internal teams to effectively position and sell new solutions.

Project & Stakeholder Management

  • Own projects from initiation through completion, ensuring deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder expectations remain aligned.
  • Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while navigating changing priorities and requests from leadership.
  • Develop project plans, coordinate milestones, track progress, and proactively identify risks, dependencies, and potential roadblocks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information, resolve challenges, and drive projects across the finish line.
  • Facilitate communication and follow-up among stakeholders, ensuring accountability and momentum throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Take initiative to identify what needs to be done, determine the appropriate next steps, and move work forward with minimal oversight.

Marketing Capabilities & Go-to-Market Support

  • Support the development and commercialization of new marketing capabilities, products, and service offerings.
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities required to bring new capabilities to market, including internal review, approval, and readiness processes.
  • Partner with privacy, legal, risk, and other relevant stakeholders to help navigate governance and approval requirements.
  • Connect the dots across teams, processes, and deliverables to support the successful launch of new marketing solutions.
  • Assist with the development of repeatable processes, materials, and frameworks that support broader team enablement and solution delivery.
  • Support marketing initiatives related to customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and lifecycle marketing.

Leadership Communication & Business Support

  • Prepare updates, presentations, and progress reports for leadership and other internal stakeholders.
  • Present project updates and materials to leadership with confidence, clarity, and professionalism.
  • Respond effectively to ad hoc requests and shifting business needs while maintaining organization and attention to detail.
  • Build strong working relationships across marketing, sales, product, risk, legal, creative, analytics, and other partner teams.
  • Leverage AI-enabled productivity tools, such as Microsoft Copilot or similar solutions, to improve efficiency, support content development, and streamline workflows.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with individuals across different teams and levels of an organization.
  • Experience developing high-quality PowerPoint presentations, sales enablement materials, training resources, and executive-level communications.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership of deliverables, and proactively identify solutions to move projects forward.
  • Comfortable presenting to leadership and communicating project updates, recommendations, and key information with executive presence.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to translate complex information into clear, accessible materials.
