About GrowthX AI

At GrowthX, we’re building the modern growth engine for marketing teams. Since launching in 2024, we've grown from concept to eight-figure annual revenue. To date, we've raised a $12M Series A led by Madrona Venture Group and we partner with 60+ companies ranging from high-growth startups to industry leaders like Lovable, Webflow, Ramp, Superhuman, Strapi, Abnormal Security, and Augment Code.

We’ve built something different: an operating system that unifies powerful AI workflows with forward-deployed experts to transform content into compounding organic growth. We’re building the growth infrastructure marketing teams wish they’d always had — the system that reliably turns context into strategy, strategy into execution, and execution into measurable growth.

The Role

We're hiring a Marketing Events Coordinator to run our San Francisco office and bring our in-person moments to life — customer dinners, client happy hours, team on-sites, and everything in between. This role is for someone who wants more than an admin job. You'll own the day-to-day of our SF HQ and be on the ground at every event we run in the city.

This is a unique opportunity to join early at a rapidly growing, venture-backed startup where you'll have high impact and visibility. You'll shape what the office and events function looks like at GrowthX from the ground up.

What's different about this role?
  • 80/20 split between events and office operations — both sides matter, both sides are visible.

  • You'll work directly with our founders, GTM team, and customers at companies like Augment Code, Webflow, and Lovable.

  • SF tech scene exposure from day one — you'll build a rolodex fast!

You will:
  • Own end-to-end event execution for GrowthX in the Bay Area and beyond — customer dinners, client happy hours, partner meetups, team offsites, and industry conferences.

  • Source and secure venues, manage vendor relationships, handle contracts, and negotiate pricing to stretch every event budget.

  • Run the full logistics loop: registrations, RSVPs, run-of-show, setup, teardown, and post-event attendee follow-up.

  • Coordinate cross-functionally with sales and marketing to align on goals, guest lists, and the experience we want every attendee to walk away with.

  • Own our swag program end-to-end — sourcing, ordering, inventory, and fulfillment.

  • Be on the ground at every event — you're the point person from first vendor email to final cleanup.

  • Run the day-to-day of our SF office — supplies, snacks, vendors, visitor experience, and everything that makes the office a place people actually want to be.

  • Be the friendly, organized face of GrowthX for everyone who walks into our office or shows up to our events.

What We're Looking For:Must have:
  • 2–3+ years of experience in office coordination, event management, hospitality, or admin roles.

  • Based in San Francisco and able to be in the office daily as needed, with flexibility for occasional evenings to work our events.

  • Extroverted, warm, and high-energy — you genuinely like people, and people like you back.

  • Insanely high agency and autonomy. You figure stuff out and don't wait to be told.

  • Extremely organized, with close attention to detail. You run on checklists, own every detail, and never let something slip through the cracks.

  • Hands-on and willing to lift boxes, haul swag, and set up chairs. No job too small.

Nice to have:
  • Experience at a growth startup or events agency.

  • A passion for tech/AI and a clear desire to build a long career in the industry.

  • AI forward mindset — you don't have to know every AI tool, but you use them in your daily work to be more productive.

Perks:

🌍 Fully Remote Work

  • Work from anywhere—your productivity, your space!

  • We help set up your work environment to enable your best work.

  • Minimal meetings and async communication for deep focus

🏖 Ample Time Off

  • Enablement for you to recognize your countries holidays

  • We encourage you to take the time you need to recharge!

📚 Professional Growth

  • We’re an AI forward culture and work environment - Learn all things AI!

  • Access to training, workshops & mentorship programs

  • Support for external conferences & industry events

🤝 Collaborative Culture

  • Open communication & feedback-driven environment.

  • Clear, concise communication is key to our success.

Work Visa: Applicants must have legal authorization to work in the country of residence. We are not able to provide employment visa sponsorship at this time.
