Working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams, the Marketing Event Specialist designs memorable event experiences that strengthen relationships across the agriculture supply chain and translate engagement into measurable business growth.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys traveling to industry events, working directly with customers, and being immersed in the agriculture community while driving the strategy behind Ever.Ag’s growing event presence.

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop pre-event promotion strategies, including social media, email campaigns, and targeted outreach.

  • Secure attendee lists when available to support BDR outreach and post-event demand generation efforts.

Event Execution
  • Lead the operational execution of events including booth design and setup, materials coordination, meeting scheduling, and lead capture management.

  • Manage vendor relationships and logistics including booth construction, event sponsorships, printed materials, giveaways, and travel coordination.

  • Prepare internal teams for events by providing lead capture training, messaging guidance, and social media best practices.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact during events, ensuring seamless execution and resolving issues in real time.

  • Oversee booth operations, team coordination, and overall brand presence to deliver a consistent and engaging Ever.Ag experience.

  • Monitor event performance in real time by tracking leads, meetings, booth traffic, and other defined KPIs.

Post-Event Analysis & Continuous Improvement
  • Produce detailed event performance summaries, including attendance highlights, sales engagement, and lead handoffs.

  • Reconcile event budgets and analyze return on investment, connecting event spend to pipeline generated.

  • Lead structured post-event debrief sessions with stakeholders to evaluate performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Continuously refine Ever.Ag’s event strategy to maximize industry impact and business growth.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Agriculture, Agribusiness, or a related field.
