This role partners with Sales and Account Management teams to develop customized growth strategies, build business cases, and recommend marketing investments that drive measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop customized marketing and growth strategies based on client goals and market research.
- Conduct industry, competitor, and customer research to identify growth opportunities.
- Recommend marketing services, budgets, and investment strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Build business cases, growth forecasts, and ROI projections.
- Support Sales and Account Management teams during proposal development.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities for existing clients.
- Present strategic recommendations and educate clients on realistic expectations.Collaborate with internal teams to align growth strategies and business initiatives.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in growth strategy, marketing consulting, or business strategy.
- Experience developing marketing plans, budget recommendations, and growth forecasts.
- Strong understanding of Google Ads, SEO, Local Service Ads, Social Media Advertising, Email Marketing, SMS Marketing, Lead Generation, and Marketing Analytics.
- Ability to analyze industries, competitors, and market trends to support strategic decision-making.
- Experience preparing business cases, ROI analyses, and executive-level recommendations.
- Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
- Advanced English (C1+) required.
- Experience working with SMBs or marketing agencies is highly preferred.
