Job Title: Marketing Insights Analyst
Team: Marketing
Manager: VP of Marketing
Location: Remote (U.S. only)
Type: Full-time
We’re looking for a Marketing Insights Analyst to turn data into direction. This isn’t a reporting role. It’s about digging into the “why” behind performance, uncovering insights others miss, and translating those findings into clear, actionable recommendations that drive growth.
This person will work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations, and be instrumental in shaping how we invest, prioritize, and optimize our go-to-market strategy.
✅ What You'll Do
Analyze performance across campaigns, channels, and funnel stages to uncover trends, anomalies, and opportunities
Investigate the “why” behind the data by combining quantitative analysis with qualitative insights (customer behavior, messaging, market dynamics)
Translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations that improve pipeline generation, conversion, and efficiency
Partner with Marketing and Sales leaders to influence strategy, budget allocation, and experimentation roadmaps
Build and evolve dashboards in Salesforce and reporting frameworks that go beyond surface-level metrics and drive decision-making
🧠 What We’re Looking For
Experience in marketing analytics, growth, insights, or a similar role
Strong proficiency with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, or similar BI platforms
Exceptional analytical thinking with a proven ability to move from data → insight → action
Strong communication skills with the ability to tell a clear story and influence stakeholders
Proven ability to own ambiguous problems, dig deep, and drive measurable business impact
Bonus: Experience in B2B SaaS or developer-focused products
💸 Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary Range: $90,000-$130,000 USD
Medical, Dental & Vision: 100% covered
PTO: 28 days
