About the Program
The Circle Internship Program is a 12-week, remote-first experience running from May 26 to August 14, 2026, designed to give interns hands-on experience building the future of global finance. Interns work on meaningful, real-world projects that support Circle's mission to enable the frictionless exchange of value.
The program includes three in-person experiences designed to deepen learning and connection:
  • Circle Forward Week in Miami
  • Development Week in the San Francisco
  • Final Showcase Week at Circle's New York City HQ in One World Trade Center

Throughout the summer, interns are supported by managers, mentors, and a close-knit cohort, with opportunities for learning, growth, and exposure to leaders across the company.
What you'll be responsible for:
As a Project Management Intern on the Marketing team, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day execution of marketing initiatives that support Circle's business goals. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to develop critical project management skills while driving executional excellence across a variety of high-impact campaigns, projects, and operational initiatives. By managing project timelines, coordination, and reporting, you'll contribute to improved operational efficiency and enable full-time team members to stay focused on strategic priorities. You'll be embedded within the Marketing team and supported through mentorship, regular feedback, and cross-functional collaboration.
What you'll work on:
  • Track progress, maintain timelines, and update project plans for defined marketing projects and operational initiatives
  • Coordinate meetings, manage follow-ups, and communicate updates across cross-functional stakeholders
  • Organize shared documentation, assets, and workflows to ensure operational clarity and consistency
  • Creating, building, and maintaining retrospectives to support continuous improvement across the marketing team.
  • Surface risks, blockers, and resource gaps to improve delivery confidence and project visibility
  • Support the preparation of reports and dashboards that track marketing team performance and execution
  • Assist with optimizing existing project management processes, tools, and templates
  • Collaborate with marketers, creatives, and external vendors to keep work moving efficiently

What you'll bring to Circle:
Core Requirements:
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working with diverse personalities and navigating ambiguity
  • Enthusiasm for learning and professional growth

Preferred Requirements:
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Notion)
  • Experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Exposure to or interest in marketing, advertising, or communications
  • Familiarity with generative AI models (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) and prompt development
  • Experience/familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS and GSuite.

Additional Information:
  • Open to current undergraduates or recent graduates with an interest in marketing operations or project management
  • Strong preference for candidates who are organized, proactive, and collaborative
  • Prior experience in fast-paced or cross-functional work environments is a plus

Starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to: relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and other business and organizational needs. Please note that compensation ranges may differ for candidates in other locations.
Base Pay Range: $20.00 - $20.00
